1st month accomplishment

2 pounds. My goal is to lose 2 lbs. a week but instead lost 2 lbs for the whole month. Well what can I say? I promised not to cheat but there are times when I have to give in to food, especially when I'm in Manila :S 2 lbs ain't bad. I shall make it 3 this Feb :) Go! Go! Go!

On my 3-day workweek:

1) 30 Day Shred - I do this every other day and I am starting Level 2 on Jan 31.

2) Walking - I always have my pedometer with me and see to it I walk 5,000 steps on my workout days and 10,000 steps on my non-work out days.
When it's a cheat day, it's a cheat day! Eat anything without limits!

On my Off days: 1 day gym, 1 day jog, 1 day 30DS and malling, 1 day rest

I read this long time ago and thought of sharing it with you: When you are losing weight without involving an exercise program, you are also losing muscles in the process and we all know that muscles burn calories, thus when you stop cutting calories and start eating again, all the muscles you lost will be replaced by fat, thus making you fatter and look bigger.
